with small-diced caramelized onions (cooked in butter, cider vinegar, and enough maple syrup to not use sugar), halved apple slices, coconut milk, coconut oil/olive oil, a tiny amount of crushed rosemary and garlic powder, a mix of white flour and cake flour, and on top, diced candied ginger, cherry tomato, and crumbled feta
I realized that the trainer treats are tasty enough to get his attention for photos, but not so tasty that he bowls me over to get to them (like lamb loaf or cheese).

rudimentary cookie making ‘101’
healthy chocolate chip cookies:
with
2/3c coconut oil
1/2c butter
blended to a smooth consistency
3/4c brown sugar, 3tbsp white sugar
blended to a smooth consistency with the fats
1/4-1/3c milk (coconut, almond, rice, etc, or dairy it doesnt matter)- blended until smooth
then
~3 or 3 1/2c whole wheat flour
~1/2c chocolate chips and ~1/3c chopped chocolate chips
~3tsp baking powder, ~1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1tsp smoked salt (or regular salt), 1tsp pepper
mix the dry into the wet slowly until it’s all the same consistency
and
mix two eggs in with a big wooden spoon until smooth
chill in the fridge for an hour or so
bake for fifteen or so minutes and let them sit on the trays for five minutes once they’re out of the oven
and then put them on a plate
